HealthCounts

HealthCounts is an android application that solves the manual collecting of data done by Barangay Health Workers (BHW). BHWs can use this application for their Household Health Profiling. This application gathers data electronically from household and sync data to server for faster and easier transfer of information between household and Health Centers. This application would help the Province of Cavite in aiming to become digitalized province. The connection would become easier because the Province of Cavite recently kicked off its ICT integration wherein it provide access to information through telecommunications. Another feature of this app is generating referral numbers for the household. The given referral number/s are for the scheduling of appointments for their check-up/s in their Health Center. Also, this application further help the Health Centers on retrieving medical history via electronic means. The server will be set on the Provincial's ICT Office wherein the IP address is also provided by the Provincial Capitol.
