This SFA & CRM for SKM Siddha and Ayurvedha Company (I) Pvt Ltd & its brand

HERBODAYA. It is a technique of using software to automate the business tasks of sales,

including order processing, contact management, information sharing, order tracking,

customer management, sales forecast analysis and many more.

The Company SKM Siddha and Ayurvedha Company (India) Limited was started as a

Charity Trust hospital named SKM Health and Mind Welfare Charity Trust in the year 1989

with the blessings of Swami Vethathiri Maharishi, a spiritual scientist based in Tamilnadu.

The trust hospital started the service by offering consultations in Siddha medicines to the

needy. We are 30 years of traditional company, manufacturing Siddha, Ayurvedha and Unani

medicine under one roof.

SKM company receives organically cultivated 50 herbals from its own herbal garden. The

company have 5 acres herbal garden inside the saminathapuram factory premises and 2 acres

garden at Kasipalayam village near Karur. Vermicomposite and other natural agricultural

practices are strictly followed here.

The medicines are prepared in a clean environment by adopting highest degree of plant and

personal hygiene to ensure safety and efficacy of the products. All GMP guidelines such as

standard operating procedures, Batch Manufacturing Records, In-process Controls and In-

House Standards are stringently followed to ensure the highest quality. The quality

management plan starts from the selection of the vendors, creating SOP's (Standard operating

procedures) for testing of raw material, intermediate product and finished products, and the

calibration of the instruments and manufacturing equipment. the Quality Control and Quality

Assurance Lab work in perfect coordination with the Production Department at each and

every step of the process to maintain international standards of manufacturing.
