Traditional Fresh Bake Egg Fluffy Sponge Cake ● Chef Jim went to Taiwan and being an apprentice for this cake, with his decades of baking experience, he uphold the traditional production process and insist to use the fresh natural ingredient for all his products. Non of the ingredient such as raising agent, preservatives, colouring and flavouring would be use in his production.
