For cleaning you will have two options to cleanup first one will be using machine and other one will be manually cleaning them with soap, beating stick and brush. After clothes washing you have to hang them on wire to dry properly in the sunlight, make sure to set the inside out of clothes to avoid direct sunlight as it might fade the clothes color. Besides clothes washing you will have option for ironing the clothes to remove any wrinkles and give them awesome look.
