Living Well With Dementia

This app aims to help people living with dementia to continue living well by giving them tools to:

- Identify what is going well in their daily life

- What matters most to them

- When additional support may be beneficial

- Access information, local and national services and support to meet their needs

The app has been developed in collaboration by Inverclyde Health and Social Care Partnership, Alzheimer Scotland, the Digital Health & Care Innovation Centre and NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde.
