[1.3a] - Fixed error of the display of OBS status. (1.3a)
Added 3 OBS HotKeys.
- ToggleStream: switch to Start / Stop Streaming with one button.
- ToggleRecord: switch to Start / Stop Recording with one button.
- PauseRecord: switch to Pause / Unpause Recording (during recording) with one button.

- Modified some appearance / OBS websocket connection.
