MTN Protect

MTN Protect is a smartphone protection application. It allows you to manage your device once its lost or stolen via the https://protect.mtn.com.gh

It works even without internet connection and if your SIM card has been changed.

This is what you can do:

• Locate your lost or stolen mobile phone on a map

• Play an alarm on your phone, even if it is mute

• Display a personalized message to the finder of the phone

• Get a snapshot of any person entering a wrong PIN to unlock the phone

• Remotely lock the mobile preventing unwanted access to personal data

• Erase content on the phone

This solution is only available for MTN Ghana users.

Please note that during installation of the App you will be required to Give ADMINISTRATIVE privileges to the MTN Protect App in order to control your Phone remotely. You need to accept to grant these privileges if you want to use MTN Protect App.

This app uses the Device Administrator permission.
