NGO Tajikistan

The mobile application “NGO Tajikistan” was created by the ICNL LLC Representative Office in

Republic of Tajikistan (hereinafter - ICNL)

ICNL (International Center for Not-for-profit Law, International Center for Not-for-profit Law

Rights) is an international expert organization specializing in

providing technical assistance on improving legal regulation

activities of civil society organizations (CSOs) and civic participation in

making decisions. ICNL operates worldwide in

cooperation with government agencies, non-profit organizations (NPO) and

other interested parties.

ICNL in the Republic of Tajikistan cooperates with government bodies and CSOs in

to improve conditions for the development of civil society. ICNL's activities

The Republic of Tajikistan is carried out in the following directions:

• Identification of the main actors in the reform of the legal environment and their priorities;

• Increased interest and increased knowledge of local partners about the nature and process

reforms through educational activities, international cooperation and

other initiatives;

• Conducting research to create an analytical base for conducting

reforms;

• Providing advisory support during preparation and review

draft laws (for example, conducting comparative, legal analyzes and

providing comments on draft laws);

• Support the implementation of adopted laws by helping to develop

bylaws, standard and exemplary forms of documents for their execution, and

also through educational trainings for civil servants responsible for execution;

• Providing legal assistance to CSOs so that they are always informed about

their rights and obligations;

• Monitoring and assessing the impact of legislation;

• Raising public awareness of the role of civil society in

shaping public policy and improving quality

state and municipal services for the population.
