Onboarding at Maastricht University

Successful employee onboarding is the foundation of long-term employee wellbeing, engagement and, ultimately, retention here at Maastricht University. This is why we built this app!

The app is exclusively for new members of the Maastricht University family to help them in a fun and interactive way finding their way around during their first 100 days.

In the app we use existing videos, quality information bits, checklists, quizzes, interactive assignments to set up an interactive onboarding programme. The process is tailor-made depending on the department or organisational unit the new hire starts.
