Important Update (19 July 2019):

It now allows you to record non-scheduled/occasional medicines.

=> Simply create a new medication without enabling the reminder settings and follow the newly added action - "Take Now" to every medicine on "Medications" Page (left menu). It'll simply record that medicine in reports.
