Promethean Chromebox Utility

With our latest update, the Promethean Chromebox integration with the ActivPanel Elements series is now based on the panel serial number instead of the panel IP address. This removes the need to re-enter the panel IP address if it changes and allows the panel to use either DHCP or Static IP settings.
