Red Cat Brewing was set up with the singular aim of creating imaginative, stunning craft beer. Craft beer has come a long way in the past 50 years, but it’s still a rare treat to find that perfect pint. While we’re not daft enough to set ourselves up for a fall, we’re not going to be happy until you folks think that Red Cat beers are up there with the best. That’s the message. Plus the fact that we don’t do boring.So Andy & Iain set up Red Cat Brewing over the winter of 2013/14 as a 11 barrel plant with vessels from made to their specification in Burton-on-Trent.
