Bug Fix:
1. Fixed the bug that the anti-torpedo armor receives no damage.
2. Fixed the unresponsive "Help" button in Guild.
3. Fixed the camera bug that doesn't allow you to change your perspective during a battle.
4. Fixed the Armistice effect bug when you look for other players to attack.
5. Fixed the Might display error in Fleet Formation.

Optimized:
1. Increased XOs' stats.
2. Added national flags to XOs' background.
3. Adjusted Aircraft data and increased their damage.
