New Features:
Double clicking a Sagan in the palette will now enter the sagan.
New users can now register screen.
Collision within the sagan has been removed
From within a Sagan, users can now set the start position.
Sagan Title, Description, and Search Terms by clicking the Sagan info button from within the map scene.

Enhancements:
Sagan snapping improvements. When dragging a sagan, available snap points will be revealed for each sagan on the map.
