Simple Randomizer

- The app will now save the last tab you used and show it on the next start

- Changed the order of the list randomizer screen (suggested by a user): The result will now be shown at the top and saved lists will appear below it. This gives the screen a cleaner look and makes it easier to use

- Added an option to hide additional results in the list randomizer (suggested by a user)

- Fixed a couple of bugs related to deletion and renaming of custom lists
