Rules are left the same, as in all classic Solitaire Games:

Your main goal is to remove all the cards from ten stacks at the top of your screen in as small amount of turns, as possible. In order to do that you will have to move cards from one column to another, untill you line up all cards suits from king to ace. Just as you line up the complete suit, those cards are removed.
