• Added support for e-invoice field BT-13 (order number)
• SubTotal now detects UK addresses and prefills postal code & city in the e-invoice dialog
• SubTotal now shows the "BT-XX" business terms in the e-invoice dialog
• Added new fields for e-invoice dialog: "tax registration id", "seller identifier" & "VAT exemption reason"
• Adjusted initializing logic for new invoice (e.g. invoice number) when duplicating an existing invoice
