The Lord’s Prayer, which is also known as Our Father and the Pater Noster, is a highly respected Christian prayer that was taught to the disciples by Jesus. There are two forms of this prayer recorded in the New Testament. A longer version that features in the Gospel of Matthew as part of the Sermon on the Mount, also a shorter version that features in Gospel of Luke as a response by Jesus to a request by “one of his disciples” to teach them “to pray as John taught his disciples”. Both versions are featured in this simple app intended to bring joy and peace to all that use it.
