new: updated Move-To and Delete Category screens
fix1: when editing a note to timestamp, cursor will be placed in last position so u can start typing right away
fix2: when editing a note to timestamp that was created from widget, all note will be pre-selected and ready for deletion / override
fix3: in-between timestamp text (duration) now is brighter and more visible
