Fixed: Could not launch when the storage permission of the application was not granted in an Android 6.0 or later environment.

Fixed: Occasionally could not recognize an external storage space in an Android 6.0 or later environment.

Other corrections.

Please grant "the storage permission" to the app in "Android 6.0" and later devices before use.
Settings > Apps > PGMXPlayer > Permisions > enable "Storage".
