Win Win Myanmar

Living Goods and PSI, in a joint effort, have created the community health entrepreneur network in Myanmar, Win Win. The goal is to empower and support local micro-entrepreneurs in the distribution of health related goods in the “last mile” of their communities. After a successful launch earlier this year, Win Win is now looking for an IT-enabled solution to secure the high quality standards of management and to enforce a more robust operating structure and governance within the Win Win sales network and supply-chain, in order to prepare it for scale-up.

This IT solution can be built on a customized version of the Field Buzz platform (http://field.buzz), built by Field Information Solutions, which is specifically designed for managing dispersed field activities in low-resource contexts, and especially for sales, distribution and supply-chain workflows in the last mile. Field Buzz consists of a customizable and extensible Android application as well as a web-based management and reporting interface (“Mission Control”).
