What's new: new role + bug fixes + "The Cult"! 🎉

- New role: the president! The president will be revealed to all players at the beginning of the game. If the president dies, the village loses. The village must protect the president!
- Fixed sect hunter in random games without sect leader
- "The Cult": a new party game by the makers of Werewolf. Time to hunt the cult! 😈
