YzerChat: Chat and Video Calls

This update contains new features:
1. Moving an account from one number to another
2. Sending contacts to Yzer from the phone book
3. Change Image quality during the video call
4. Turn off notifications in dialogs for a selected time intervals.
5. Ability to delete messages in the group (for you/for all)
6. Administrator/owner can delete all messages in the group.
7. Automatic transfer of local contacts on your phone to YzerChat contacts.
