This is a simple but powerful program with which you will be able to perform two hundred sit-ups in a row in six weeks. It is important to keep the proper technique for performing sit-ups. Before you start the training, you need to consult with a doctor and perform an initial test on the basis of which your actual level of training will be defined.

Workouts should be conducted three times a week, between workouts has to be at least one day of rest.
