Balance pass 1 and some random bugfixes
Multiple ships can now join the docking queue at once.
If the docking queue is empty a ship my randomly join.
Missions take longer, but give better rewards.
Most missions now require 20 food and 20 fuel for life support
All ships are now equipped with enough cargo space to be useful
Added mission types for all mats
Tweak all system prices, timers, rewards
Fixed memory leak on exit
Fixed leveling up killing a save
Fixed being able to upgrade ships forever
