Resolves an issue that caused the app to crash for some devices running Android 8.0/8.1 Oreo

Resolves an issue that could cause the app to close unexpectedly when viewing live events for a long period of time.

Improvements to live tracking:

- Better indication of live car movements: green = in motion; red = stopped

- Notice when a live stage's results may be delayed due to poor communications

- Longer interval before some inactive trackers are removed from the map

- Several bugs addressed
