BeatZ is an app developed by Vishwa Samudra Engineering to simplify the task of managing employee attendance, schedules, and locations.

With BeatZ, employees can quickly and easily record their attendance by clicking on "start" button in their mobile devices. The app automatically tracks the employee's location and stores the data securely in the cloud. This eliminates the need for manual tracking, which can be time-consuming and prone to errors. If the employee is inside their assigned location, the screen will show as "Plan is Active. Please Start Rounds", otherwise the screen will show as "You are out of geofencing".

There will be a "SOS" option which on clicked will pass alert to the server through api.There is also a "REPORT EVENT" option in the menu in which users can report any event in the site with a photo and descreption.

"Data Table" is another option in which we can only see the data in it if there is any pending data which didn't go to the server. If the internet connection is good, the data from the app will be already sent to the server(it will not be available in the Data Table). Basically "Data Table" option is kept for users with poor internet connection so that they can see if their data is synced to the server or not.
