Calibur – legacy sabre mode

Changes from the last release:
- “Calibration” and “Troubleshoot” buttons are taken out from the Connections view. They can be found on the Scoreboard, in the popup window that appears after pressing a user button. They are only visible if there is an active connection.
- The button previously called “Set connection” has the title of “Connect to device” if there is no active connection. Otherwise, its title is “Disconnect from [device name]” and on pressing it automatically disconnects.
