Corporate Innovation and Culture Assessment

This assessment aims to help enterprises understand their internal organizational climate by measuring organizational culture with KEYS, focusing on dimensions including: resource support, task autonomy, team support, encouragement for innovation, organizational barrier, and work stress and challenge. Resource support, task autonomy, team support, and encouragement for innovation are the components of the organization’s innovation culture, while organizational obstacles, and work stress and challenges that affect work. These two opposing groups can help organizations understand if they are ready for innovation in the mind of employees.

We will provide general descriptive statistics and the correlation analysis of key factors. Organizations can make improvements based on the weaknesses in each dimension based on the assessment results and thereby understand their organizational culture. As a survey on all employees or departments of a company, there is no limit for the number of respondents. Therefore, we hope that all employees can participate in the survey. This Center will conduct an integrated analysis on the survey results and will not disclose them to the public. Lastly, the Center will give your company an analysis report.
