Hello Tank Maniacs!

Changelog since last update:
- new oil spot on map just after you destroy self-driving droid
- we introduced tutorial, so it will be easier for new players to get into the game
- we fixed all the bugs related to connectivity
- arena map is bigger now
- upgrade hud is now more user friendly and it is easer to choose upgrade from the list
- lot's of improvement and performance fixes have been made
