D&D Tool - Initiative Tracker

- Now pressing the "enter" key navigates to the next input box to speed up the entry of data on any screen.
- The views of the battlefield, the creation / modification of characters and the way in which the initiatives are loaded on the battlefield are changed to speed up the tracking.
- Now the player's turn is saved on the battlefield and this information is not lost when you leaving the battlefield.
- Now the app allows use the same initiative result for the same group of monsters (options).
