Dead World Heroes: Zombie Rush

- A new weekly event: Survive the Night
- Enemies got levels (later updates will highly use this)
- Weekly events got a rebalance and now use the enemy levels
- Upgrade items loading issue is solved. The speed of loading process is increased and now it is fast
- Several bug has fixed
- Heroes got a small icons show if item synergy exists
- Some little changes made on early gameplay
