Zebra Device Diagnostic Tool

Device Diagnostics Tool package name has been modified to com.zebra.mdna.selfdiagnostics. Uninstallation of any prior version of DDT is required before installing v2.8.0.18

Support A13 and additional USB and Network tests.
Supports all Zebra Devices running Android 10, 11 and 13. 
Newly supported devices in this release: TC73, TC78
