Direct SMS Widget

Add widget to send a message from home screen.

Add scheduled events to receive notifications to send messages.

3 widget and notification modes available:

* No confirmation (Only "Message sent" toast is shown)

* Confirmation dialog (Recommended, prevents accidental actions)

* Open default SMS application (Predefined contact and message)
