Dr. Pixel is an old school style block puzzle game.

Our hero doctor uses pills to kill the virus and clear the fever.

Use pills to clear the fever. Both pills and virus are blocks. Match four blocks with same color to eliminate a row or a column. Eliminate all viruses and you will pass the level.

As your skill improves, try to eliminate viruses with fewer pills as you can, which will get more stars and scores.
