The Remote Access 2.27 release includes the following new features:

NDSD-1258 Remove Ability for Participant Role Users to Assign a N/A Status Value
Users can control whether mobile participants can assign N/A status value or not
Connected Operations Can Directly Launch a Session in Remote Access
The app will open to join the session without signing into Remote Access.

Improved mobile interface design on iOS apps to prevent session names from being cut off
