Stevia ecosystem is about procuring certified Vanilla beans in the form of green or semi-cured from the farmers and shipping the cured beans. The certified Vanilla types are: Organic, Conventional, Organic & Fairtrade and Conventional & Fairtrade. The internal processing before shipment (e.g. cleansing, sorting, drying etc.) of Vanilla beans are carried out by APM before shipping, APF or other customers. The green beans, for assistance can be given to another actor EP (“External Preparators”) for processing to semi-cured or for any other assistance.
