1) calculation of MOL NUMBER (mol) from molecular weight (g/mol or Da) and sample weight (g).

2) calculation of SOLUTION CONCENTRATION (mol/l) from mol number (mol) and solvent volume (l).

3) calculation of SAMPLE WEIGHT (g) necessary for solution preparation, from desired solution concentration (mol/l), molecular weight (g/mol or Da) and solvent volume (l).

4) calculation of SOLVENT VOLUME (l) necessary for solution preparation, from desired solution concentration (mol/l), molecular weight (g/mol or Da) and sample weight (g).
