Halacom driver

Drivers are added at the backend, with valid login credentials. Once that is done, the drivers can successfully use the following features:

Login

Get notifications for the tasks

View the tasks

Get the complete information about each task, such as pickup location, drop-off location

Accept orders

Reject orders

View the order summary

Collect the signature of the customer as a proof of delivery

The driver is also able to manage his own tasks and manage them as follows:

View all the orders pending

View the order history

Enroute the shortest path in the map between pickup location and destination

Check status updates

The drivers can also change the password of his profile and update relevant information.

The application supports Arabic language and has a one touch customer support service. These effective features in the drivers app help in seamless and on time delivery of the food orders to the customers.
