How to Measure The Heart Rate In This Heart Rate & BP Measure, Log Application?

1. You can measure the heart rate through the device and also add it manually.

2. Click on the measure heart rate.

3. Press your finger on the camera and the heart rate meter will start recording.

4. Add the state as exercise, resting, and add notes.

5. You will get the result as warm up, target HR training, High intensity, and extreme with the respective BPM range.

6. Recorded heart rate will be shown graphically to track.

How to track Blood pressure ?

1. Add the blood pressure with respective systolic, diastolic, and pulse.

2. Maintain the date and time and can add the note.

3. Results will be shown in hypotension, normal, elevated, hypertension-stage 1, hypertension-stage 2, and hypertensive with respective SYS & DIA ranges.
