It allows KCS Resources marketing management to communicate with its sales teams and customers effectively and efficiently. With the application, sales teams and customers will be well informed with important news, event updates and product release information.

More importantly, the customers can order KCS Resources’s products, "like" an event, request for services, provide feedback or make inquiries thorough the app with ease. KCS Resources support teams will response to the purchases, requests, feedback or inquiries by sending confirmation or correspondence to the customers.
