Foundations are ordered by suit and rank, each Foundation has one suit and you must put the cards onto them in the order Ace 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 Jack Queen King.

The objective of Klondike Solitaire is to release and play into position certain cards to build up each foundation, in sequence and in suit, from the ace through the king.

The ultimate aim is to build the whole pack onto the foundations, and if that can be done, the Solitaire game is won.

A standard deck of 52 playing cards is used in Klondike Solitaire game. The Jokers will not be used.
