Lilibo ATTP

The Lilibo Infrastructure/Asset Maintenance Management System’s Mobile Tablet Application allows assessors to download maintenance requests and the location details of the affected properties. Using a map, the assessors identify the location, confirm the GPS coordinate and verify the reported damage by taking photos. The assessor then allocates material for repair and issues a job card.

Once a repair is confirmed the assessor performs a quality audit, household owner confirms by signing on the tablet, a photograph is taken and the request is closed using the APP.

The System encompasses an integrated IT system with the following functions:

The APP is integrated to a browser based interface for project administration and configuration, stock control, program management, progress monitoring and reporting.

The interface has a dashboard that enables high level at a glance monitoring of program progress. Direct access to dashboard and reports can be made available to the end user client.
