Chapter 6 of book 3 is currently available, in case you missed the last update.

Google Cloud Saves should now be functional for most users. If you were experiencing problems before, please try entering the cloud saves menu again to see if it works for you now.

There will likely be a few more updates in the next few weeks, to fix some minor bugs and to fix the Cloud Saves for everyone who might still have problems with them.
