MIEM Spat

MIEM Spat is a real-time controller for sound spatialisation, based on geometric and matrix interpolations. It allows you to perform complex spatialisation effects from simple touch gestures on the screen. The spatialisation can be computed on up to 64 inputs and 64 audio outputs.

This app is a remote controller, and is intended to be used altogether with a dedicated VST/AU spatialisation plugin running on a desktop computer. The plugin can be inserted in Reaper, Ableton Live, Pro Tools, or any other modern Digital Audio Workstation. This plugin itself is called MIEM Matrix Router.

To edit the geometric shapes and the spatialisation effects, you also need to download and install the dedicated desktop editor (it is free and available for Windows and macOS). The editor is simply called MIEM Editor.
