NEW: Tutorials for joystick mode and settings screen.
FIX: Some tutorial videos were not playing, this is now fixed.
FIX: Pressing Back button now works as expected, no longer closes the app.
FIX: Phone screen no longer turns off while flying.
FIX: Bluetooth is now automatically turned on when the app starts.
FIX: On-screen joystick area reduced to better match the supplied joystick.
