Updated to support API level 33 for Android 13.
On Android 13, users are now prompted to enable notifications.
Sorting QSOs by date now includes Time.
Sorting QSOs by band now sorts numerically, not alphabetically.
A few other minor bug fixes including a custom user-agent value.

Thanks so much for all the pizza slices. I have removed the donation menu item for everybody.
