We've taken note of the feedback from users on Android Marshmallow (6.0) upwards.
The issue happens when the location permission is not allowed.
Your location is not only used for finding stops nearby. Some areas of the West Midlands have aesthetic interface changes to the look and feel of the app.
This version of the app will now prompt to allow the location permission.
