New Me was made with goal to be simple and can be useful in struggle with all habits: forming good ones and saying "bye bye" to bad ones. You can easily quit smoking, drinking alcohol, wasting time watching movies, being lazy and avoiding new tasks. Also you can start meditating, do workout every morning, drink water, reading book a week, start loosing or gaining weight. You also can improve relations with habits like "buy flowers for my girlfriend" or "call parents". Feel free to do good things for your own life. We are so busy everyday, but it is not the reason to forget important things. Hope you will like this app, we are planning to add presets of habits you might want to end with, or start with =)
