NotifiCon - Notification Sound

1) Compliance with "Do not Disturb" setting -By default, NotifiCon will not allow alerts when this setting is active -Feature available to allow any app bypass this - Available only for Android 6.0 and above

2) Volume regulation (follows stream volume without changing to in-app volume set in NotifiCon) when wired headset is connected

3) Blockout feature modified to allow blocking of all of that app's notifications
